Curbside yard waste collection is available to residents within the West Lafayette Sewer District. Please note that this service does not include Auburn Meadows or North River Road. We provide weekly services to houses and apartments of 4 units or less.

Please keep in mind the following guidelines:

• Have cans at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on the day of collection.    
• Branches should be no larger than 4 feet long and 3 inches in diameter.
• Branches must be bundled and stacked at the curb, limbs facing the same way.
• All other yard waste items must be placed in rigid containers or paper yard waste bags.   
• Check the leaf collection page for curbside leaf pickup schedules.
• No trash in the yard waste.
• No soil, sod, root balls, or grass clippings.
• If you hired a contractor to do the work, they are responsible for hauling it away.
• Tree branches should be a minimum of 8 feet above the sidewalk and 15 feet above the street.
