The West Lafayette Street and Sanitation Department now offers a dumpster rental program for the unusually large amounts of trash generated by such projects. 

Fees

• 15-yard: $250.00 per rental period 
• 20-yard: $300.00 per rental period
• 30-yard: $350.00 per rental period

Rental prices include delivery, pickup, and landfill fees for one rental period.

To reserve a dumpster, send dumpster rental agreement along with a check made payable to "City of West Lafayette" via mail or drop off payment at City Hall.

Rental period is equal to seven (7) calendar days, or one (1) dumpster load, whichever comes first.

The dumpsters are available for residents of dwellings not to exceed four (4) units which are eligible to receive City wastewater service and City solid waste and recycling services.

We do not accept the following items:

• Concrete, sod, dirt, gravel, or bricks
• Roofing shingles
• Tires
• Chemicals or non-latex paint (latex paint must be dry)
• Electronic items
• Items with refrigerant, such as air conditioners, refrigerators or dehumidifiers
