The West Lafayette Street and Sanitation Department provides weekly curbside trash and recycling collection to residents within the City’s sewer district, serving houses and apartments with four units or less. Crews work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., handling day-to-day collection and responding to seasonal needs such as yard waste and snow removal to keep streets clean and accessible.

Beyond collection, the Street and Sanitation team also supports community quality of life by maintaining streets and providing snow removal, ensuring that roads remain passable in winter.
