The City of West Lafayette is excited to introduce our new app West Lafayette Report It, our new reporting platform powered by CivicPlus. This enhanced tool is designed to provide our community with a more user-friendly and efficient way to report issues and access city services.

How to Use West Lafayette Report It From Our App:

You can easily submit requests by selecting one of the categories below or by downloading the West Lafayette Report It app for your iOS or Android device. Quick download links are provided for your convenience:

• Download West Lafayette Report It from Google Play

1. Click the Request Button: Locate and click the "New Request" button on the map at the bottom of the page
2. Add a Location: Move the map to center the icon on the issue area.
3. Confirm the Location
4. Select an Issue
   • Choose the issue category that best matches your concern.
   • If a yellow box appears, the issue is outside the City’s jurisdiction. Follow the instructions provided to contact the appropriate company or entity.
5. Confirm Details: Review and confirm the details of your report.
6. Add Photos (Optional)
7. Submit Your Request

• Public Visibility: All requests are public and visible. Please exercise kindness and respect when submitting a report. Please avoid including photos of individuals in your submissions. 
• Not for Emergencies: Report It should not be used for emergencies. For urgent matters, contact the West Lafayette Police Department, or call 9-1-1.
