Building Permit Fees:

Base fee: $635.00 (includes plan review, six(6) inspections, and certificate of occupancy), plus $2.00 per thousand of the estimated cost of construction, if less than $1,000,000.00; or $2,00.00 plus $0.50 per thousand of the estimated cost of construction, if more than $1,000,000.00, plus Fire Department Fees.

The six(6) inspections included in the base fee are footing, underslab, slab, rough-in, permanent electric, and final. If any additional inspections are required, you will be charged an additional $85.00 per inspection.

Sewer Tap Permit Fees:

Sewer tap permit fees are based on the water meter size plus a $50.00 inspection fee. Click here to see the fee schedule. Depending on the location of the project, a utility service cost recovery fee may be added to the sewer tap permit fee.
