The City of West Lafayette is committed to ensuring equal access and non-discrimination in all programs, services, and activities in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, including 49 CFR § 26 and related federal regulations, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Under Title VI, the city works proactively to meet and exceed minimum compliance standards by promoting transparency, clarity, and ongoing guidance for both internal and external stakeholders. The ADA is a civil rights law that protects individuals with disabilities by requiring equal access to employment, public accommodation, transportation, state and local government services, and telecommunications. In support of these requirements, the city strives to provide ADA-compliant and safe facilities, trails, parks, sidewalks, and curb ramps by optimizing accessibility for all residents.

Individuals who wish to file a complaint related to Title VI or ADA, request a reasonable accommodation, or need this information in an alternative format may do so by completing the city’s complaint form using the link below or submit information via the Report It app.
