*Please Note: EFT requests must be in place before the utility bill is issued. If the request is received after the utility bill is issued, EFT payments will begin with the next billing cycle.

Pay Online: Use a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) or eCheck.  To make an online payment, click the link to be redirected to the Citizen Self Service Portal. Utility account information is required and can be found on monthly utility bill statements. • Call 765-391-0920 for general billing payments; customer number is required and can be found on the general billing invoice.

24-Hour Drop Boxes: Checks can be placed in one of two secure drop boxes.  Checks should be payable to City of West Lafayette.  Drop boxes are emptied each business day.  For utility payments, be sure to include the utility bill stub and write the account number on the payment to ensure proper account credit.  For general billing payments, be sure to include the invoice stub and write the invoice number on the payment to ensure proper credit.  Drop boxes are located in the parking lot of:
