Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Authorization Form: Utility bill payments can be automatically deducted from a bank account, checking or savings.  Use this form to enroll, or update a previous authorization.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Cancellation Form: Cancel Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment enrollment at any time.  Note: EFT cancellation requests must be received 5 business days before the current due date to ensure cancellation.

Adjustment Request Form: Customers can request a utility bill adjustment.  Copies of repair receipts, invoices, and/or other documentation must be submitted with the completed form.  Please note adjustments are not made for electing to water or fill a pool outside of the summer months.  Click here for additional information regarding summer month rates and external meters.

Third-Party Management or Bill Payor Authorization: Property owners, residential or commercial, that will be utilizing a third-party management company, payor service, or commercial tenant to pay utility bills will need to complete the Third-Party Authorization Form for the Utility to begin sending monthly bills to another party. This form must be completed by the property owner and all charges will be issued to the property owner until the Utility receives the completed form.

Contact Change Form – Owners: Property owners can update mailing address, email address, delivery method, and/or phone number for bills and delinquent notices.

Contact Change Form – Third Party: Third parties can update mailing address, email address, delivery method, and/or phone number for bills and delinquent notices.  Eligible third parties include the following: a management company, a payment service agency, or a commercial tenant; residential tenants are not permitted.
