As-Built Plans Checklist
After completion of construction of the project and before final approval of the stormwater management plan, this checklist and a professionally prepared and certified “as-built” set of plans shall be submitted to the City of West Lafayette Engineering Department for review. Additionally, a digital copy of the “as-built” plans is required in a format approved by the City of West Lafayette Engineering Department.
