West Lafayette, IN
Home MenuConflict of Interest Policies and Acknowledgments
We are grateful for the community members who volunteer their time and talents to serve on the City’s boards and commissions. Your work helps guide important conversations and decisions for West Lafayette, and we appreciate the care you bring to that responsibility.
As part of the City’s conflict of interest process, board and commission members may be required to complete a conflict of interest disclosure form depending on their role, outside interests, or the type of City work involved. If no disclosure is required, members will be asked to complete a brief acknowledgment form confirming that they received and reviewed the City’s conflict-of-interest materials.
The policies, forms, and process map below are provided to help members understand the process and determine which form may apply. Thank you for helping us keep City processes clear, consistent, and transparent.
