New 2-Hour Parking Areas Added in Chauncey Village
The City of West Lafayette has added new 2-hour parking locations on select streets in the Chauncey Village area. New parking signs have been installed to support:
- Improved parking availability and turnover.
- More consistent parking regulations throughout the area.
- Better access for residents, visitors, and city services.
The map below shows the streets where new 2-hour parking has been added.
Education Period Through August 23
To give residents and visitors time to become familiar with the new 2-hour parking locations, the West Lafayette Police Department will issue warnings for violations in these newly designated 2-hour parking areas through Sunday, August 23, 2026.
Enforcement of the new 2-hour parking locations will begin Monday, August 24, 2026.
Drivers are encouraged to watch for the newly installed parking signs and review the updated map before parking in the area.
